It’s April, but members of the Green Bay Packers are still crying about Chicago Bears<\/a> head coach Ben Johnson.<\/p>\n

Immediately after taking the head coaching job with Chicago, Johnson took a shot at Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, saying he enjoyed beating him twice a year when he was the offensive coordinator of the Detroit Lions.<\/p>\n

The Bears beat the Packers twice last year via incredible comebacks, including in the wild-card round. Following Chicago’s playoff win over Green Bay, Johnson offered LaFleur a very quick handshake with a little attitude before going to celebrate with his team.<\/p>\n

Johnson further upset the Bears’ hated rival by saying “(expletive) the Packers” after the game.<\/p>\n

All sorts of Packers fans who enjoyed former Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers taunting the Bears for years came out of the woodwork in Wisconsin to cry about Johnson’s rhetoric.<\/p>\n

During an interview with Kay Adams, new Miami Dolphins head coach Jeff Hafley made reference to the handshake when saying there was no animosity between him and LaFleur.<\/p>\n

“I’ll shake his hand after the game, it’s not going to be one of those (things),” Hafley said<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hafley had a reason to be upset after the loss to Chicago. Johnson exploded his defense in the fourth-quarter comeback.<\/p>\n

But Hafley wasn’t exactly a saint<\/a> when he left the Packers. He strong-armed LaFleur into taking linebackers coach Sean Duggan to Miami to become Hafley’s defense coordinator.<\/p>\n

Hafley told LaFleur he couldn’t keep Duggan, and LaFleur had to give in.<\/p>\n

With LaFleur being unable to fight his own battles, it’s nice he has other NFL coaches to stand up for him<\/a>, even if they take advantage of him at the same time.<\/p>\n
