Moore confirmed the trade shortly after reports surfaced by posting a farewell message to Bears fans on social media. In an Instagram post<\/a>, the veteran receiver thanked Chicago and said he and his family were proud to call it home.<\/p>\n

\u201cChicago!! I wanna say appreciate all the love and support the last three years,\u201d Moore wrote. \u201cMy family and I were proud to call this place home and this community has been unbelievable to us. We will miss you all.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old wide receiver also acknowledged the relationships he built with fans and teammates during his time at Soldier Field.<\/p>\n
