The Chicago Bulls may have made a lot of roster changes over the previous week, but one player on the roster is being recognized during the NBA All-Star Weekend. While he has not been on the court for much of the season with the team, he has been named as an injury replacement for one of the events taking place during the weekend. Let’s take a closer look at who it is and what led them to joining the festivities.<\/p>\n

It was announced that Chicago guard Mac McClung will be replacing<\/a> San Antonio Spurs forward David Jones Garcia for Team Austin in the 2026 Rising Stars Game. He has played once off the bench since signing with the Bulls earlier this week on a two-way contract<\/a>, playing 13 minutes and recording four points, one rebound, one assist, and one steal. McClung spent a majority of the season in the G League, but could be able to get some more action with all of the team’s moves ahead of the NBA trade deadline.<\/p>\n

He will be joining the following players as part of Team Austin, who is filled with all G League players:<\/p>\n
