A great effort by the Hawks that was led by Anti Niemi and his excellent performance. Goalies for both teams were nearly perfect, and fortunately Niemi came out on top. Dave Bolland gave the Hawks the 1-0 lead on a back hand off the beatuiful pass by Toews. Patrick Kane also dazzled the fans with a pretty 1 timer. The Blackhawks really played some old time hockey tonight which was clearly shown with there vicious hits. The Hawks over came the over aggression of the Preds to win 2-0. The Hawks look to take the 2-1 series lead in Nashville Tuesday night.
