Tyler Reddick is off to a hot start this NASCAR season, winning four of the first six races. That included opening up the season with three-straight wins beginning with the Daytona 500.
Reddick and his 23XI Racing teammate Bubba Wallace currently sit 1-2 in the points standings right now and are in great shape for the playoffs. With the hot start, Reddick has been the talk of the NASCAR world as has 23XI Racing. But what’s the future hold for them?
By going out and racing this well, the talks have now turned to a potential contract extension for Reddick. However, fans shouldn’t worry about it not getting done as co-owner Denny Hamlin hinted at.
Denny Hamlin provides positive update about Tyler Reddick, 23XI Racing

During the latest episode of Actions Detrimental, Hamlin was asked about Reddick’s contract extension and the future of him with the race team. He left no doubt when answering the question.
“That will be done soon,” Denny Hamlin said about Tyler Reddick’s new contract. “He deserves everything he gets. He’s just done a phenomenal job.”
Reddick signed with 23XI Racing in July of 2022 with plans for him to join in 2024. But the team had other ideas as they bought out the rest of his contract to have him join the team. Since then, Reddick has been fantastic with the team and if his 2026 season is any indication for how the rest of his career can go, then fans should certainly be excited.
Hamlin was the key piece in bringing him over to the team after racing against him as well as keeping his eye on him. He knew the potential he had and knew he had to get him.
