Chicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet is enjoying the offseason with the people who matter most.
The six-year veteran thrived alongside rookie Colston Loveland in Ben Johnson’s offense last season. He recorded 30 receptions for 347 yards and two touchdowns.
Kmet entered 2025 as the longest-tenured Bear on the roster. That kind of institutional knowledge is invaluable. He will once again bring a steady presence to a Bears squad looking to build on their inspired 11-6 campaign.
His familiarity with the system gives Chicago a key boost after an aggressive offseason of roster moves. Before the new season kicks off in September, Kmet is making sure to cherish every moment with family.
