The Bears’ coach began his career as head coach with a direct shot to Packers head coach Matt LeFleur, saying that he “enjoys beating LeFleur twice a year” during his opening press conference.
Since then, Johnson has not held back on his hatred for the Packers. This continued in an interview on Tuesday with Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio.

Despite Packers fans crying and complaining about Johnson’s comments, it’s a good thing to see such a classic rivalry get restored. It’s the Bears vs the Packers, both teams are supposed to hate each other.
It really is refreshing to see a Bears head coach not hold back and truly hate the team’s biggest rival.
