Last night Andruw Jones’ second home run was a walk off. Obviously Alex Rios wasn’t impressed. After a solo shot by Paulieeeeeee and Nix got on base, Rios had the opportunity to impress all of Chicago, and he did. Freddy Garcia was excellent going 7 innings giving up only 2 runs and 2 hits. Sergio Santos provided 1 perfect inning and even though Jenks gave up some runs in the 9th, he picked up the win. The Sox are now on a two game winning streak which has included back to back nights of walk off home runs. Another bright spot for the Sox today was Juan Pierre who had two hits and Mark teahen who had two hits in three plate apperances. The Sox look to sweep the M’s tomorrow at the Cell.
